Use of the App
The App is a companion tool for Old School RuneScape. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws.
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App
Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the App.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing, and refund terms are governed by the respective platform's policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your platform's account settings.
Intellectual Property
Old School RuneScape content and materials are trademarks and copyrights of Jagex Limited. The App is created under Jagex's Fan Content Policy and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Jagex.
The App's own code, design, and original content are owned by Theoatrix. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Game data, prices, and calculations are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or up to date. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theoatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
