This page explains how to delete your Theoatrix Toolkit account and the personal data associated with it. The fastest path is the in-app button; the email path below is the fallback if you can't access the App.
Option 1 — In the App (recommended)
- Open the Theoatrix Toolkit app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and the data associated with it (see "What gets deleted" below) are removed immediately. You'll be signed out of the App.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the App, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include:
- The subject line "Delete my account"
- The email address on the account (must match the sender)
- Your in-app username, if you set one
We will verify the request and process the deletion within 30 days, typically within a few business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account identifier and email address
- Your display name and any OSRS usernames you linked
- Saved preferences and bookmarks tied to the account
- Subscription entitlement records on our servers
Deletion is permanent. We don't keep a "soft-deleted" copy you can restore later.
What we may retain
We retain the minimum data we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. This is typically limited to:
- Transaction records for any paid subscriptions (kept as required by tax and accounting law; held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat per their own retention policies)
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics that can no longer be linked back to you
- Abuse and fraud signals (e.g., a hash of an account that was banned for policy violations) — only when necessary to enforce our Terms of Service
App Store and Play Store subscriptions
Deleting your Theoatrix Toolkit account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You manage subscriptions through the store you purchased from:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
