Use the in-app support form

The contact form built into the app is the fastest way to reach us. It tags your message with the app version, platform, and (if you're signed in) your account ID, which usually means we can answer without a back-and-forth.

  1. Open Theoatrix Toolkit on your phone.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Find the Community & Support card and tap Contact Us.
  4. Pick a category (Bug Report, Feature Request, General Feedback, or Crash Report), write your message, and submit.

A lot of the most common questions have a built-in answer:

What we can help with

We're a small team — we can't help with anything Jagex-side (account bans, lost gold, in-game support). Try the official Jagex support site for those.

Email fallback

If the in-app form isn't an option — you can't open the app, you haven't installed it, or you'd rather start by email — write to [email protected].

Please include the app version (Settings → About), your device + OS version, and a screenshot if it's a visual bug. Including those up front cuts response time about in half.

Response times

Most messages get a reply within a few business days. Privacy and account-deletion requests are processed within 30 days as required by law, typically faster.

If you don't see a reply after a week, check your spam folder and then resend — sometimes filters eat the first message.
